The purpose of this policy is to formalize and specify MIDSA's commitment to Sustainable Development and as a framework of our Code of Ethics.
We are a family business whose objective is to provide our clients with a quality service in a responsible and efficient way, promoting an ethical culture and encouraging the professional training of employees, sustainably using the natural resources necessary for our activity. We are aware that the balanced fulfillment of our responsibilities in economic, social and environmental matters, based on sustainability criteria, is essential for the future development and maintenance of our company.
Our new commitments for the future constitute the guide and foundation of our behavior in this field. Its compliance is specifically driven by the Management of the Company, it concerns each one of us who work in it or on its behalf, which is why we transfer them to our contractors and suppliers. These commitments are fully integrated into our daily work and are constantly subjected to review and improvement by the MIDSA Management.
In this sense, we define objectives, programs and actions that are included in the Sustainability plans that the company is developing and that promote sustainable development and, ultimately, contribute to the generation of long-term value in a committed and sustainable way.
